This workshop is intermediate-focused, but open to all students ready to challenge themselves.
We’ll break down:
Foundational alignment and transitions in and out of poses to increase strength, challenge and playfulness as a part of your power flow practice.
We'll work on head stand, crow and other arm balances like side crow, flying splits, eight-angle and forearm stand.
We'll discuss drills to build strength and stability
How to fall safely and train without fear
Expect technical breakdown, hands-on guidance, and time to play.
