The Power Shift

A 2-hour inversion + arm balance intensive designed to help you build strength, control, and confidence upside down.

This workshop is intermediate-focused, but open to all students ready to challenge themselves.

We’ll break down:

  • Foundational alignment and transitions in and out of poses to increase strength, challenge and playfulness as a part of your power flow practice.

  • We'll work on head stand, crow and other arm balances like side crow, flying splits, eight-angle and forearm stand.

  • We'll discuss drills to build strength and stability

  • How to fall safely and train without fear

Expect technical breakdown, hands-on guidance, and time to play.

This is where discipline meets elevation.
