Meg Boyd is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, retreat leader, and community builder passionate about cultivating strength, presence, resilience, and freedom — both on the mat and in everyday life.
Known for her energetic teaching style, creative sequencing, and inspiring leadership, Meg creates challenging yet accessible experiences that empower students to move with intention, connect deeply, and live with authenticity.
When she isn’t teaching or practicing, Meg loves being outside — walking, hiking, traveling, and adventuring with her husband, Tim.

Location
Mar de Jade is a Yoga, Wellness & Vacation Retreat Center nestled between the tropical jungle and the pristine sandy beach of Chacala, México.
Come here to nurture your body, inspire your soul & cultivate awareness in your life. Whether you come on your own or join with friends, the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere will awaken joy and leave you feeling better than when you arrived.
Room Options
Comfortable and well appointed, each room has air conditioning, a sitting area and an en-suite bathroom with natural bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion). Some rooms are on high floors and require steps to climb. The retreat center captures beauty at every turn - tropical flowers, ocean waves and natural surroundings. It’s truly a magical place.

Details on Payment & Room Sharing
To secure your place on the retreat, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms available in each category. Preference for room requests will be given based on the order payments are received, as well as guests who choose to pay in full.

For those who wish to share a room, but do not have a roommate in mind upon booking, we are happy to pair you with someone as bookings take place.

✅ Three nourishing meals per day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets thoughtfully prepared with all dietary needs in mind, including gluten-free, vegan, and more
✅ Daily yoga practice — begin each day with soul-filling movement with Meg, plus evening yin and restorative classes to unwind and restore
✅ Meditation + journaling — intentional moments for mindfulness, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself
✅ Arm Balance + Inversion Workshop — a playful, empowering workshop designed to help you explore the joy of getting upside down—open to all levels
✅ Dharma Talk Workshop — meaningful group circle conversations exploring connection, purpose, yoga philosophy, and living with intention

What’s Not Included
❌ Air transportation — guests are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Puerto Vallarta (PVR)
❌ Group shuttle to and from PVR to Mar de Jade— available for $35- $70 per person depending on number of participants
❌ Spa services — massages, body treatments, accupuncture and wellness services are available for booking at an additional cost
❌ Gratuities — tips for resort staff, drivers, guides, and service providers are not included
❌ Alcohol and speciality coffee — you’ll have the option to purchase
❌ Optional excursions — off-site adventures and additional activities can be booked separately for those wanting to explore more (surf lessons, diving, horseback riding, day trip to Sayulita and more!)
Cancellation / Refund Policy
*A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. If you must cancel your retreat, the required deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations made before March 20 (within 60 days of the retreat start date): 50% of the total amount (less the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations made on or after April 22 (less than 30 days prior to retreat start date): We apologize, but absolutely no refunds can be given.
