Sound Bath & Gentle Yoga - Fall Reset
✨ Reset your nervous system and sink into stillness. This deeply restful class combines gentle restorative yoga postures with the healing of sound bowls and other instruments to help release tension and guide you into a state of calm. Wear your coziest clothes (yes, pajamas totally count!) and bring any comfort items you love — pillows, blankets, a beach towel, an eye mask, or socks. Expect soft lighting, slow breathing, and time to truly rest and recharge. Perfect for all levels — especially anyone craving deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and a peaceful night’s sleep.
Foundations Workshop
Powerhouse teachers Jess Dodge and Kate Kisselburgh are excited to bring this Foundations Workshop to our yoga community!
Join Sunday, September 13 from 1:30pm-3:30pm
Room temperature will be 80-85 degrees
We’ve planned a balance of movement and discussion over a spacious two and a half hours to cover the basics of what to expect from a yoga class at Powerhouse and how to approach class with confidence. You’ll have the opportunity to try various postures and transitions with our professional guidance on alignment and technique. During discussion we’ll break down yoga studio etiquette, breathing techniques, types of yoga at Powerhouse with plenty of room for questions and talking these concepts over. Expect to walk away from this workshop with a new level of confidence and awareness in your practice!
