Melissa plays instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs to create gentle tones and vibrations that help your mind settle and your body unwind.
This session is designed to give you a peaceful break from daily stress. There’s no movement, special skills, or experience needed. You will simply rest, breathe, and let the sound support deep relaxation. Feel free to bring a comfy pillow, blankets, eye pillow, or anything to help you be comfortable and relax.
